Tony is a keen local historian  have been studying the history of Cheshire, especially the Northwich and Middlewich areas for over fifty years. During this time he conducted much research and has written several books and articles on various aspects of Cheshire History.

Tony has written many books and articles on aspects of Cheshire History and is a regular contributor to the annual Cheshire History journal.

Shortly, Tony intends to create a blog with information about his current researches into local history, heraldry and family history, and his involvement in local projects.

Tony is a regular speaker to local history societies, Probus clubs, W.I.s and other similar organisations.

Tony is happy to provide an advice and assistance service to those undertaking their own family history research and have hit a ‘brick wall’. Having a great deal of knowledge about Cheshire sources he can perhaps point you in the right direction!
